AdRack User Information that the AdRack User Provides to AdRack:By using this Site and its Services, You are allowing the Site to collect information from You. This information may include, but is not limited to: Company name; first name; last name; address; phone number; and reason for interest in AdRack.
Information we Automatically or Passively Collect from the AdRack User:Use of this Site also provides us with anonymous non-personally identifiable information, which is data not associated with any individual. Basically, when You visit the Site, we collect and store information about You and your computer or device in log files. In order to become an AdRack User, You must first create an account on our Site. To create an account, You are asked to provide the following information: Company name; first name; last name; address; phone number; and reason for interest in AdRack. We will collect Your financial institution information such as credit card information and will use that information for the billing and payment processes, including, but not limited to, using and disclosing that information to third parties where necessary to complete the billing and payment process. We also may include optional requests for information from You to help us to customize the Site to deliver personalized information to You.
We automatically receive and store particular types of information when You interact with our Site, our emails and/or our online advertisements. This information helps us to make our Site work more efficiently, to evaluate User use of our Site, and to support our website analytics. You will receive a response to Your request within five (5) business days of our receipt. Upon closure, we will remove Your name and other personally identifiable information from our database completely. We may retain certain data contributed by You if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non- personally identifiable data, or if required by law.
You have the right to know whether AdRack holds information about You and if it does, to have access to that information, and have it corrected if it is inaccurate. You have the option to permanently delete a website You have added and therefore delete Your User information. You may also request that AdRack delete Your account information entirely. You may log into Your AdRack User account to access, update or correct Your information or You may contact AdRack at [email protected] for any questions related to Your information or to update Your information.
AdRack aims to protect Your personal information, to honor Your intended use of Your information, and to protect Your information from unauthorized use or disclosure. AdRack Users and Subscribers: You are entitled to access, update, correct, export, and delete Your personal information from our system and technology. AdRack Users can access, update, correct, export, and delete their Account Information by editing their account at AdRack.adrack.com.
For AdRack Users and Subscribers residing in the EU, You also have the right to submit a complaint with a supervisory authority. EU AdRack Users and Subscribers also have the right to request a copy of Your personal information and obtain information on a data controller’s processing of Your personal information.
AdRack Users residing in the EU have the right to receive a copy of their personal information, can export their personal information required for our Services and seamlessly transfer such data to a different push notification servicer.
To export Your personal information from AdRack, access the “Firebase ID and API key” section on the settings page in Your account. By signing up for an account in Firebase ID, all Your information and Subscriber information will be saved in Your Firebase account, which You can transfer to another push notification service.

We retain Your personal information to provide Services to You and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain Your personal information for as long as your AdRack Account is active or as needed to provide you Services, unless we are otherwise required by law or regulation to retain Your personal information for longer, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. AdRack also only keeps personal information no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which Your information was collected, unless as otherwise required by law as explained above.
